About the Position

We are seeking a Compliance Excellence Lead to join our team at Home Instead. As a Compliance Excellence Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our care operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our Care Manager to ensure that all aspects of care delivery meet the required standards. This involves providing support to our Care Professionals, onboarding new carers, and introducing them to clients.

You will also be responsible for monitoring compliance with legislation, CQC standards, and regulations, and for ensuring that all necessary records are kept up to date. Other key responsibilities include responding to client queries, delivering care calls in emergency situations, and managing the office on-call telephone support service.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. If you have a passion for caring and want to make a difference in the lives of others, this could be the perfect role for you.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: QCF/NVQ level 3 qualification in Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
