This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Corporate Regulatory Compliance and Sustainability Specialist to join a leading global company in the beauty industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring supply chain regulatory compliance, managing customer complaints, and addressing sustainability policies. This includes evaluating existing and new suppliers, managing stakeholder relationships, and maintaining certification standards such as ISO 9001:2015 and BRC Consumer Products/Food.
We are offering a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days holiday, private health care, flexible working, and staff discount on products.

Our client is a global company specialising in beauty, skincare, and personal care products. They focus on developing innovative and high-quality solutions for consumers, combining advanced scientific research with a commitment to sustainability and ethical practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer complaints, RMAs, and non-conformance reports.
- Ensure supply chain regulatory compliance, including Modern Slavery, REACH, commodity codes, customs regulations, and Importer of Record requirements.
- Address sustainability policies and issues, such as waste management, plastic tax, and SEDEX compliance.
- Evaluate existing and new suppliers through self-assessments, surveys, and audits.
Requirements
- Familiarity with, or ideally experience in, developing systems that comply with certification standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22716:2007, and BRC Consumer Products/Food.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
