About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Monitoring and Quality Manager to join a fast-growing company within the beauty industry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring supply chain regulatory compliance, addressing sustainability policies, and evaluating existing and new suppliers through self-assessments, surveys, and audits.

The successful candidate will have experience in developing systems that comply with certification standards such as ISO 9001:2015 and BRC Consumer Products/Food. They will also possess strong stakeholder management skills and be familiar with or have experience in SEDEX compliance, Modern Slavery, REACH, commodity codes, customs regulations, and Importer of Record requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer complaints, RMAs, and non-conformance reports.
  • Ensure supply chain regulatory compliance.
  • Address sustainability policies and issues.
  • Evaluate existing and new suppliers.
