We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Engineer to join our team at CLH Benchmark in the Kent area. As a Senior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking day-to-day setting out duties with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and monitoring site sample / performance testing requirements
  • Maintaining records in line with contract specifications
  • Completing hazard / risk assessments and method statements
  • Providing information for records and claims purposes
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors

The ideal candidate will have extensive setting out experience working on infrastructure projects, including highways, roads, and earthworks. They must be capable of working with Leica/Geomax equipment and transferring information from AutoCAD to surveying equipment. A good understanding of ITPs and quality assurance processes is also essential.

In addition to the above skills, the successful candidate will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They must be proactive, confident, and able to work effectively with a range of professionals.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.
