Street Soccer Engagement Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Street Soccer Engagement Specialist to join our team at Anderson Knight. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality street soccer programs and working with children, young people, and families in West Dunbartonshire.
About the Role:
- Develop and deliver training programs to improve players' skills and physical fitness.
- Plan and execute game strategies and tactics.
- Analyse performance and provide feedback to players.
- Manage teams, maintain discipline, and promote sportsmanship and team spirit.
- Recruit new players for the team and communicate effectively with players, parents, officials, and other coaches.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outreach support and services in the West Dunbartonshire area.
- Develop specialized community outreach initiatives and alternative activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an effective service in line with stakeholder needs.
- Safeguard the health and welfare of all children, young people, and families.
