Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Program Coordinator Lead to join our team at Anderson Knight. This role will be responsible for developing the Network Programme within West Dumbartonshire, sourcing and managing suitable venues for sessions, recruiting and working with partners, and promoting Street Soccer sessions across the community.

The successful candidate will have a valid Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) certificate, accreditation in coaching football, and significant experience of sports coaching, preferably in a football setting. They will also have experience of supporting young people and adults from diverse backgrounds with complex needs, delivering group work, and managing volunteers.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage resources effectively, and contribute to the development of the organisation.
