Job Title: Youth Development Officer

Estimated Salary: £12,000 per annum.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Youth Development Officer to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our outreach program, you will be responsible for delivering engaging street soccer sessions across West Dunbartonshire, working closely with children, young people, and their families to ensure they are informed and supported to participate in any programs or community-based activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in youth development, community outreach, and team management. You will be required to plan and execute game strategies, analyze performance, and provide feedback to players. Additionally, you will work flexibly across the local community, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outreach support services in the West Dunbartonshire area.
  • Provide specialized community outreach initiatives and alternative activities.
  • Develop training programs to improve players' skills and physical fitness.
  • Analyze performance and provide feedback to players.
  • Maintain discipline and promote sportsmanship and team spirit.
  • Recruit new players for the team.
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents, officials, and other coaches.
