Job Summary: We are seeking a Street Soccer Program Manager to lead our street soccer program in West Dunbartonshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, strategizing game plans, and analysing player performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement training programs to enhance players' skills and physical fitness.
  2. Strategize and plan game strategies and tactics.
  3. Analyse performance and provide feedback and areas for improvement.
  4. Maintain discipline, resolve conflicts, and promote sportsmanship and team spirit.
  5. Scout and recruit new players for the team.
  6. Effectively communicate with players, parents, officials, and other coaches.
  7. Engage children, young people, and their families in suitable interventions, building robust relationships and promoting involvement in imaginative activities.
  8. Gather information to meet local surveillance demands - mapping of the area.
  9. Provide support and delivery across all projects within the organisation.
  10. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an effective service in line with stakeholder needs, policies & procedures, and budget parameters.
  11. Safeguard the health and welfare of all children, young people, and their families.

  • Experience in youth work, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
