Pembrook Resourcing is seeking a Business Manager
The Role:
As a Business Manager, you will support the Sales Manager in ensuring the retailer maximises sales of finance and insurance products while obtaining the best possible profit.
You will negotiate the best financial deals, maximising customer uptake of extended service contracts, protection programmes, and accessory packages, and ensuring that customer-first behaviours are promoted at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data analysis, making recommendations based on information and your prior marketplace experience.
- Effective listening to customers to establish needs, reviewing all customer contacts, and monitoring the outcomes.
- Maintaining status as an FCA-approved advisor.
- Providing customers with accurate and relevant finance options, answering questions effectively, and publishing finance examples for new and used vehicles.
- Reviewing customer credit applications to ensure they include complete and accurate information, following up on customer applications, and liaising with lending institutions.
- Resolving customer complaints professionally and calmly.
- Supporting annual business planning and budgeting for the team.
Requirements:
- Data analysis and recommendation skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- FCA-approved advisor status.
- Finance and insurance product knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
