Prima Ardelle Associates is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Manager to join their team. As a Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and progressing the sale of vehicles by stacking the best deal and, if necessary, second-facing the customer.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Achieve Sales Targets: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed new and used vehicle sales targets.
  • Part Exchange Valuations: Conduct thorough part exchange valuations to ensure accurate pricing and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Finance Solutions: Offer and process finance solutions that meet the needs of customers, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to sell vehicles using a robust sales process, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Finance Document Processing: Process finance documents for payout, produce finance quotes and proposals, and record deposit payments and final balances.
  • Part Exchange Appraisal: Conduct thorough part exchange appraisals and valuations to ensure accurate pricing.
  • Second-Facing: Close sales by second-facing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Assess the needs and requirements of every customer at the point of order, ensuring a tailored sales approach.
  • Showroom Visits: Encourage showroom visits or home visits when necessary, ensuring a personalized sales experience.
  • Customer Data Management: Ensure accurate recording and entry of customer details onto the enquiry management system.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer requests for information in line with company standards.
  • Follow-Ups and Renewals: Ensure all follow-ups and renewals are completed, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • FCA Accreditation: Hold FCA accreditation, demonstrating a high level of knowledge and expertise in finance and related systems.
  • Finance and Insurance Knowledge: Possess excellent knowledge of finance and insurance products, including related systems.
  • Full Clean Licence: Hold a full clean driving licence, ensuring the ability to travel to customer locations.
