Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to contribute to the growth and success of Sisco Jobs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other means
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to expand the company's customer base
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business growth objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of business management and marketing principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to travel as needed
