About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our client's growing team in Redhill, Surrey. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales across new and existing accounts, building strong relationships with customer contacts, and collaborating with our Procurement team to identify market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forge strong relationships with customer contacts across various functions
  • Collaborate with our Procurement team to identify market opportunities
  • Manage NPD projects and product changes
  • Proactively manage customer stock levels
  • Create compelling customer presentations using market data
  • Oversee sales and contract balance reporting
Requirements
  • A 2.1 or above in a relevant business degree
  • Ideally 2 years of sales experience in the commercial retail sector
  • Strong preference for food industry background (other FMCG experience considered)
  • Proven ability to win new business and manage accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A confident, dynamic, and competitive spirit with a 'can-do' attitude
What We Offer

Salary: £30,000 to £45,000 per annum (based on experience) plus other benefits
