Job Title: Sales Executive

Sales Executive is a key role within our company, responsible for achieving individual sales targets and contributing to the overall growth and success of our events.



Job Description
Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with existing and potential clients to meet sales revenue targets.
  2. Sales Delivery: Deliver excellent customer service, maximising revenue and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and negotiation.
  3. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market developments, identifying new growth areas and opportunities for sales.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless event delivery and with the Marketing team to promote our events effectively.
  5. Data Management: Manage and update our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available.


Requirements

Successful candidates will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A good understanding of the full sales cycle process and proficiency in using technology and software tools, including Microsoft Office and a CRM, are also essential.
