Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing systems development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and efficient resource utilization.
  • Designing large-scale software applications and components and undertaking impact analyses on major design options.
  • Overseeing all stages of software development, adopting and adapting appropriate methods and tools.
  • Developing and driving systems integration capabilities, including automation and continuous integration.
  • Designing and executing test cases and scripts, participating in requirement reviews.
  • Applying standard techniques to model and design data structures.
  • Ensuring adherence to governance and compliance requirements, and performing necessary reporting and reviewing activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Lead Engineering role.
  • Deep knowledge of SalesCloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (Pardot).
  • Extensive experience with Apex development and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of CRM Analytics and Einstein.

Education & Certifications:

  • Salesforce Developer Certifications up to and including Platform Developer II.
  • Salesforce Architect Certifications.
