Recovery Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Recovery Support Specialist to join our team at Change Grow Live. This role involves working with individuals who use our services, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
As a Recovery Support Specialist, you will be part of the Criminal Justice team based in Grassroots, Nelson. The team focuses on supporting individuals struggling with drug and alcohol issues, as well as those affected by these issues. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver individualized support, group work, and case management services.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our service users.
