Aspire Recruitment Careers is looking for a dedicated Employment Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients who face mental health challenges and other barriers to employment.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role and be skilled in developing action plans to help clients achieve their goals. You will conduct thorough assessments, engage with employers, and provide ongoing support to clients who secure employment.

  • You will manage a caseload of clients with diverse challenges, including mental health issues, disabilities, substance misuse, offending backgrounds, and skills gaps.
  • You will work closely with clients to develop SMART action plans, which will be regularly reviewed and updated as needed.
  • You will engage with local employers to identify job opportunities that match client needs and abilities.
