Head of Patient Care: Leading the Way in Compassionate Care
We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Patient Care to lead our patient care services at St Davids Hospice.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care and outcomes. They will work closely with the Board of Trustees and the Hospice Management Team to champion our mission and uphold our reputation for exceptional care.
About the Role:
- Leading a high-performing team across clinical and non-clinical functions.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Engaging with stakeholders to strengthen relationships and increase community impact.
- Representing the Hospice in the public eye, maintaining our trusted presence in the region.

- Proven leadership experience in a complex, regulated environment.

- A deep commitment to delivering compassionate care.
