Care Assistant Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Care Assistant to join our team at Enviva Complex Care in Llandudno, Wales. As a Care Assistant Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with spinal injuries.
The estimated salary for this position is £204.00-£216.00 per day.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Engage in personalized routines that promote independence and rehabilitation
- Support individuals with neurogenic bladder and bowel management
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Document care provided and report any changes in client conditions
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work the specified hours
- Driver's license with own car
