About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Leader to join our dynamic team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in the lives of our patients.

As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide person-centered care that meets the needs of individuals with complex mental health needs. You will also be responsible for supervising junior staff and contributing to the development of the service.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you achieve your career goals.
