Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team as a Primary Care Services specialist. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing modern and supportive holistic care during the initial period of cognitive assessment and diagnosis.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience in leading teams. You will be required to divide your time equally between a clinic and community care setting due to the large rural geographical area with limited transport links and problematic mobile phone reception.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious nurse to progress their career and develop their skills in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Salary: £43,041 - £59,544 per annum (inclusive of annual leave entitlement)
