Donard Recruitment is seeking a skilled Clinical Assessor to provide unbiased, comprehensive assessments for the Governments disability allowance (PIP). This hybrid working opportunity allows Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Paramedics to make the most of their existing clinical knowledge and take on a new role with a leading, multi-national employer. As a Clinical Assessor, you will ensure a personalised, inclusive, safe and empathetic service for the service user. The salary for this position ranges from £38,500 to £41,500* per annum, with an OTE of £45,650*. Training options are available: 12 weeks (full time), 14 weeks (4 days per week) & 17 weeks (3 days per week). Benefits include a basic salary, 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality & retention bonus*, and hybrid Full time, Part time working hours.

Key responsibilities of this role include providing professional assessment services, communicating effectively with service users and stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records.
