Job Overview
Donard Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Clinical Assessor to join their team. As a Clinical Assessor, you will be providing unbiased assessments for the Governments disability allowance (PIP) while ensuring a personalized, inclusive, safe, and empathetic service for the service user.

The successful candidate will have existing clinical knowledge and experience in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Paramedicine. You will work with a leading, multi-national employer offering full-time and part-time roles.

The role involves providing comprehensive assessments while delivering a high-quality service to clients. You will work in a hybrid environment with flexible working hours available. The salary range is £38,500 - £41,500 + 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality & retention bonus. The OTE is £45,650. Training options include 12 weeks (full time), 14 weeks (4 days per week), and 17 weeks (3 days per week).
