Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Donard Recruitment. In this flexible work schedule role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and developing care plans to support individuals with complex health needs.
Your expertise as a qualified nurse, mental health nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic will be essential in this role. You will work closely with clients and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including a competitive salary of £38,500 - £41,500 per year, plus a retention bonus of 5% (rising to 10% with quality & retention). You will also enjoy flexible working hours, including hybrid full-time and part-time options, as well as 25 days per annum (rising to 27 days with service). Other benefits include a company-matched pension, laptop, mobile phone, health & wellbeing programme, Headspace mobile app, and annual charity day.
