Job Overview

We are seeking a Complex Care Specialist to join our team in Llandudno, Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to clients who have sustained personal injuries or suffered from medical negligence.

Salary: £25 per hour (12-hour shifts)

About the Job

The Complex Care Specialist will engage with personalised routines inclusive of hoists, support independence and continued rehabilitation, manage neurogenic bladder and bowel care, complete daily living activities, administer medication, provide emotional support, and maintain accurate records of care.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will work closely with a range of healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care and maintain accurate records of care provided.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Engaging with personalised routines inclusive of hoists
  2. Supporting independence and continued rehabilitation
  3. Managing neurogenic bladder and bowel care
  4. Completing daily living activities
  5. Administering medication
  6. Providing emotional support
  7. Maintaining accurate records of care provided

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work the specified hours
