Strategic Care Manager

St Davids Hospice, a reputable provider of compassionate care in North West Wales, is seeking a strategic thinker to fill the role of Strategic Care Manager. With a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes, we are committed to investing in our people and our services.
As Strategic Care Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organisation, working closely with our Board of Trustees and senior management team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes, enhancing our services and quality of care.
About the Role:- Developing and delivering a comprehensive strategy to drive service improvement and growth.
- Leading and managing a team of clinical and non-clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to build relationships and secure funding opportunities.
- Maintaining effective communication with patients, families, and the wider community.
We are looking for an individual with significant leadership experience in healthcare, preferably within hospice care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a deep understanding of the complexities of palliative care.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary (£60,000 - £70,000 per annum), a 7% pension contribution, generous annual leave, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and families.
