Critical Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in North Wales.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in critical care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing workload to meet deadlines.
Main Responsibilities:- To provide high-quality patient care in the Minor Injuries Department, using advanced assessment and diagnostic skills to identify and manage complex conditions.
- To develop and implement individualised care plans, working collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- To contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, promoting excellence in patient care and service delivery.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and career progression.
