Capability Scotland is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex disabilities to live independently in our residential settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with their personal care, dressing, medication, mobility, and mealtimes
- Participate in activities of daily living, such as shopping, community outings, and leisure activities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £24,401.52 FTE / £12.00 per hour
- A nightshift premium rate of £12.60 per hour
- A fully funded SVQ qualification
- A range of benefits, including 32 days' holiday per year, increasing to 37 with service
