Hera Search is seeking an experienced Office Operations Specialist to join their team in London.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized and efficient individual to take on a varied role that includes office administration, travel arrangements, and diary management.

As an Office Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the senior management team, including coordinating internal and external meetings, managing shared company inboxes, and filing and archiving corporate records. You will also be responsible for meeting and greeting clients and visitors, approving invoices related to office facilities, and managing relationships with landlords, building managers, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a 5* client-facing environment, with strong multitasking and organization skills. They will be a natural relationship builder, able to prioritize effectively and work well under pressure.

The salary for this role is approximately £30,000 + bonus, making it an attractive option for anyone looking to develop their skills in office operations.
