We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner with a member of our executive committee, providing administrative and clerical support to ensure their role is delivered effectively. The ideal candidate will ensure executives have the time to make critical business decisions by providing a professional service, representing the brand of both Tesco and the executive member.



Key Responsibilities


  • Ensure the executive member's schedule is effectively managed, leading to improved time utilization.
  • Provide administrative support, completing required tasks to deliver the leadership role in Tesco.
  • Build and maintain a network to be a valued team member, delivering great service to leadership teams.
  • Coordinate internal and external executive member networks and professional contacts, unlocking liaison opportunities.
  • Handle confidential and commercially critical information, including reviewing internal systems and delivering required responses.
  • Coordinate logistics and visit itineraries associated with national and international travel, seeking efficient arrangements.
  • Support effective administration, including processing expenses and maintaining the gift register.
  • Act as the first point of contact for direct reports and support administrative activities.


Requirements


  • Prior legal experience is essential.
  • Effective tracking and monitoring of cost centers and budgets.
  • Knowledge of resource booking systems and basic financial document management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
