Senior Nurse Practitioner Diabetes Service

Central London Community Health Trust is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Nurse Practitioner to lead our diabetes service. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing strategic clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team.
In this role, you will work autonomously to deliver specialist clinical care to complex diabetes patients with co-morbidities. You will also contribute to the development and monitoring of clinical outcome metrics for related services.
About the Role- Provide strategic clinical leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team.
- Monitor levels and standards of performance, staff conduct, standards of behaviour, and staff absenteeism.
- Ensure that policies, procedures, clinical governance arrangements, and lines of accountability are in place and well communicated to all staff.
- Registered Nurse with current UK NMC registration.
- Evidence of on-going and recent post-registration training and education at master's level.
- Experience in managing, auditing, and evaluating clinical nursing services.
