About the Role
The Assistant Spa Manager will play a key role in the success of our luxury spa, supporting the Spa Director in managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Support the Spa Director in supervising spa colleagues, providing training and development opportunities, and ensuring high levels of guest engagement and satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage spa inventory, including products, equipment, and supplies, to ensure that all necessary items are stocked and available.
- Assist in budgeting and financial management to support the overall financial health of the spa.
About You
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with a proven track record in spa management. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong understanding of luxury spa operations and treatments, as well as health and safety regulations.
