Job Title: Paid Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Manager to join our team at Publicis Groupe UK. As a Paid Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic and tactical execution of paid social campaigns, ensuring the effective implementation of activity within your accounts, and driving results-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid social media strategies that align with client objectives and goals.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, X, Snap, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future campaign strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure optimal campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in paid social media management, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising tools and platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, X Ads Manager, and Snap Ads Manager.
