Job Title: Paid Search Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Manager to join our Performance Media team at Publicis Groupe UK. As a Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic and tactical execution of paid search and YouTube campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid search strategies to drive business growth and improve campaign performance
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and YouTube
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients to inform their marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in paid search marketing
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in paid search marketing, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and campaign optimization techniques
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and YouTube, with experience in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
