Job Title: Digital Commerce Strategist

Publicis Groupe UK is seeking a talented Digital Commerce Strategist to join our team and help our leading client accounts in the UK achieve their Commerce ambitions.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Commerce Manager to develop and implement top-notch retail strategies that align with our clients' business objectives. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to customer journey optimisation initiatives and provide qualitative assessments of retailer websites and off-site marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the account team to deliver exceptional online retail strategies.
  • Contribute to customer journey optimisation through qualitative assessments and audits.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making by supporting the retail data roadmap.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Support business upskilling on key topics and emerging trends.
Requirements
  • Methodical, organised, and adaptable individuals with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience managing commerce activity in a brand, retailer, or agency setting.
  • Exceptional logical thinking and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
