AV Media Strategy Director

We are seeking a highly skilled AV Associate Director to lead our AV media investment strategy and drive business growth for our clients.
As an AV Associate Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing AV media plans that deliver exceptional results for our clients. You will lead a team of AV buyers and work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored AV media strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of AV buyers to deliver top-tier AV media activations across TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV, and Cinema.
- Negotiating with sales house teams to unlock added value opportunities for clients.
- Ensuring timely completion of AV administration and meeting all set deadlines.
- Staying updated on AV marketplace changes and sharing insights with teams and clients.
- Driving innovation in response to client briefs and fostering productive relationships with planning teams.
- Utilizing advanced systems and technology to understand audience behavior and consumption patterns.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience as a Senior Manager or Associate Director within a media AV department, with expertise in TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV, and Cinema.
- Previous team management experience, including objective setting and development conversations.
- Strong client management skills, with the ability to challenge briefs and deliver exceptional results.
- Knowledge of the programmatic video ecosystem and experience in the entertainment sector is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of managing client/AV finance processes with precision.
- Confidence in managing client audits across all AV mediums, with the ability to attend audits with clients and auditors.
