Job Title: Trading Director

We are seeking an experienced Trading Director to join our team at SitePoint Pty. As a key member of our business, you will be responsible for leading our trading desk and driving revenue growth through strategic market analysis and trading decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement trading strategies to maximize revenue and minimize risk
  • Lead a team of traders to achieve revenue targets and growth plans
  • Manage market risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, and make recommendations for business growth and improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in energy trading and market analysis
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
