Hotel Reception Team Lead

We're seeking a skilled Reception Supervisor to join our team at Ibis Cambridge Central Station.
As a key member of our front office team, you'll be responsible for providing guidance and support to our Reception staff, helping them achieve their potential and meet our departmental objectives.
Key responsibilities include effectively running the front office operations with a hands-on approach, helping guests, and creating positive experiences.
You'll be confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognizing all guests, including those who require special attention.
Strong working relationships and communication with all departments are essential.
