Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Reception Supervisor to join our team at Ibis Cambridge Central Station. As a key member of our front office operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth running of our reception services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to the Reception team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
- Assist in effectively running the front office operations with a hands-on approach.
- Help guests and create positive experiences.
- Maintain strong working relationships and communicate with all departments.
Requirements
- Personality ESSENTIAL, Experience essential in Reception
- Fast on your feet, quick to make friends
- Big on Smiles, Massive on quality
