Hotel Reception Supervisor

As a Reception Supervisor at IBIS, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the Reception team to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
You will assist in effectively running the front office operations with a hands-on approach, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Key tasks include:
- Providing guidance and support to the Reception team
- Assisting in effectively running the front office operations
- Helping guests and creating positive experiences
- Maintaining strong working relationships and communicating with all departments
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Personality and experience in Reception
- Fast-paced and quick to make friends
- Big on Smiles and Massive on quality
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-energy, fun team that delivers excellent customer service each day to all our guests.
As a Reception Supervisor, you will become part of a friendly team of 40 talents, working in a hotel that offers 231 rooms.
To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests, you will need to be fluent in English.
We will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first-hand.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: £12.70 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
