RE People invites applications from skilled Social Services Officers for a temporary Case Responsible Officer position, ending in June 2025. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of £14.32.

In this position, you will work closely with the Youth Support Housing Team to provide support services to vulnerable children in Gloucestershire. Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Detailed knowledge of relevant legislation, such as the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 and the Children's Act 1989
  • Experience working with children in care and care leavers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and other relevant tools
