Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals for our guests and team members
  • Manage food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure exceptional standards
  • Order and manage stock levels to maintain efficient kitchen operations
  • Control costs and maintain a high level of food safety and hygiene
  • Coach and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge
