Veterinary Surgeon Position

A dynamic and supportive Small Animal Practice in County Durham is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. With a focus on work-life balance, they offer flexible working patterns, including part-time options, to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
Key Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: £40,000 to £65,000, pro rata, based on experience
- Generous Holiday Allowance: 6.6 weeks of paid holiday, including bank holidays
- Professional Development: £1,750 CPD allowance per annum, RCVS membership, and two additional membership subscriptions paid
- Wellbeing and Support: Enhanced paternity, maternity, adoption, shared parental leave, and surrogacy pay, company sick pay, and annual pay reviews
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS)
- Post-qualification experience in small animal practice is essential
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Confident in working under pressure and independently
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client care
- A team player with a positive attitude
