Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Training and Development Manager to lead, manage, and support a team of regional trainers in delivering high-quality training programs for front-line care workers.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading remote teams, designing and delivering adult social care training, and working in acquisition/TUPE environments. They should be CIPD Level 5 qualified with expertise in LMS systems, apprenticeship frameworks, and data-driven training improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Develop Team: Manage and mentor regional trainers to create a high-performing team, ensuring consistent, quality learning delivery; provide coaching and performance feedback.
  • Organise Training Programs: Collaborate with branch teams to design efficient training schedules, manage the rollout of mandatory and specialist programs, and maintain training records.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the consistency and effectiveness of training delivery through observations and feedback, maintaining high standards aligned with business goals.
  • Drive Change and Compliance: Lead relevant projects, integrate learning post-acquisitions, and stay updated with industry trends to support strategic L&D initiatives and compliance.
