Regional Admissions Business Developer

As a Regional Admissions Co-ordinator at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to drive new and existing business into homes across the area. The estimated annual salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales, marketing and awareness programmes that ensure high levels of awareness and profile of the home within the local community.
- Present and share ideas for increasing revenue to AD & CBP to deliver overall Area occupancy growth.
- Monitor and report any identified barriers that have led to lost revenue opportunities.
About You
- You will be responsible for developing relationships with key influencers in the community and identifying potential residents.
- You will also be required to monitor and report on the performance of the home and identify areas for improvement.
