Care Home Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a talented Care Home Business Development Specialist to join our team at HC-One. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving occupancy levels in our care homes across the region.
You will work closely with our Care Home Managers to develop and implement sales, marketing, and awareness programmes that increase brand visibility and attract private pay residents to our care homes. Your expertise in business development will enable you to identify new opportunities and build relationships with local stakeholders to drive growth.
A competitive salary of £42,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in driving business growth and improving occupancy levels. In addition to your base salary, you will enjoy access to a range of benefits, including award-winning learning and development opportunities, 25 days annual leave, and a comprehensive wellbeing package.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including local health and social care professionals, community groups, and influencers.
