We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at St Mary's Care Home in Luton. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.


Key Responsibilities



  • Drive and run the unit alongside clinical duties, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
  • Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Carying out assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans for each resident.
  • Maintaining high standards of observation, medication management, and reviewing policies and standards.
