Companionship Services & Home Help:

  • Monitor dietary habits and eating routines.
  • Encourage engagement through various activities, such as clothing selection and hobbies.
  • Run errands, collect prescriptions, and perform light household tasks like dusting and making beds.
  • Assist with travel arrangements.
  • Acompany clients to appointments and social events.
  • Prepare and tidy meals.
  • Supervise home maintenance.

Personal Care Services:

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Remind clients about medication.
  • Help with eating and drinking.
  • Support continence care.
  • Provide respite or dementia care.
  • Assist with morning and evening routines.
  • Perform other reasonable duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Treat clients and their property with dignity and respect.
  • Adapt to various living environments and locations.
  • Listen, communicate, and build relationships with clients and their families in a friendly manner.
  • Show excellent time management, organization, and professionalism.
  • Seek guidance when needed and follow instructions.
  • Have good physical stamina to meet job demands.
  • This role requires obtaining an Enhanced Disclosure (DBS) from the relevant authority.

Benefits:

Salary Estimate:

Roughly £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on national averages for similar roles in the United Kingdom.
