We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our Child Support and Protect Team as a Protection and Care Advocate. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of short-term assessments and long-term child protection/child in need cases using the CAST model.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with a permanent senior management team to create a supportive environment that prioritizes the well-being of children and families. Your daily responsibilities may include conducting home visits, developing care plans, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children in need.

We offer a competitive salary of $43.50 per hour, as well as a #250/week accommodation bonus and access to weekly return ferries. This is a stable 6-month contract with the option to extend. To succeed in this role, you must possess a social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
