Job Title: Palliative Care Specialist

Keech Hospice Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Palliative Care Specialist to join our team. As a Palliative Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients with life-limiting illnesses.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced nurse to lead our palliative care services. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that prioritize patient comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans
• Provide expert palliative care to patients and their families, promoting symptom management and quality of life
• Lead educational initiatives to enhance staff knowledge and skills in palliative care
• Participate in quality improvement activities to ensure seamless delivery of care

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
• A degree in Nursing (Adult) and a valid NMC registration
• Proven experience in palliative care, preferably in a hospice setting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience

Location: Luton and South Bedfordshire area
