We are seeking a skilled Community Care Worker to join our team in Tavistock. As a Community Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of adults, offering the support they need to thrive in their own homes.


">Key Responsibilities">
  • Delivering personal care and support to ensure comfort and dignity for our clients
  • Providing companionship and being a friendly face for those who may be lonely or isolated
  • Supporting clients with limited mobility and helping them maintain their independence
  • Administering medication safely and timely
  • Handling complex clinical needs with expertise and confidence
  • Offering palliative and end-of-life care with compassion and empathy

">Requirements">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK
  • The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided)

The estimated salary for this role is between £13.70 and £19.89 per hour, depending on shift and role.
